Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Verschiebung der Inbetriebnahme 4 um ein Jahr. Die Verschiebung der Inbetriebnahme hat technische Gründe:Softwareänderungen für die Anpassung des ESTW in den Rangierbahnhöfen haben keine Einzelzulassung erhalten. Dahermüssen auch die entsprechenden Steuerelemente wie die zur punktförmige Zugbeeinflussung und Achszähler müssen für dieUmrüstung neu gesetzt werden und Anpassung in der Kabelanlage erfolgen.
