m Rahmen der Sanierung / Modernisierung des Schulzentrums Saarn handelt es sich hierbei um die Leistungen der Rohbauarbeiten für den Ersatzneubau.

Die Stadt Mülheim an der Ruhr plant die Errichtung eines Ersatzgebäudes auf dem Gelände des Schulzentrum Saarn.

Das Gebäude soll in Modulbauweise errichtet werden. Hiervon ausgenommen sind die folgenden Leistungsbereiche:

— Erdarbeiten (Los 1 dieser Ausschreibung),

— Rohbauarbeiten (Los 2 dieser Ausschreibung),

Erdarbeiten inkl. Abbau- / Rückbau von Sonderflächen sowie Grundleitungsarbeiten etc.

Die Gesamtgröße des Baufeldes beträgt: ca. 9 200 m2.

BGF-Kennwerte:

— ca. 325 m2 UG, davon ca. 222 m2 Kriechgang,

— ca. 1 987 m2 EG,

— ca. 1 644 m2 1. OG,

— ca. 1 575 m2 2. OG,

Diverse Leistungen: Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht zu vertreten, da der AN bereits an der Baustelle tätig ist und die nachträglichen Leistungen nur mit einer neuen Baustelleneinrichtung etc. umzusetzen (gewesen) wären.Auch aus technischer Sicht wäre es aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht sinnvoll, einen anderen Auftragnehmer mit den Leistungen zu beauftragen.
