Gesamtlaufzeit 49-50 Monate. Die Laufzeit von 48 Monaten wird überstiegen, weil die AOK Niedersachsen weitgehend auf E-Mobilität umsteigen will. Aufgrund der Lieferzeiten der E-Autos und der Ladeinfrastruktur ist diese Verlängerung erforderlich, um die Mobilität der Bediensteten zu sichern.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Eine Lieferung von Nachfolgefahrzeugen ist aufgrund der angespannten Marktsituation im KFZ-Markt nicht zu wirtschaftlichen Konditionen möglich. Eine Störung des Dienstbetriebes soll verhindert werden. Die Folgen der aggressiven Handlung Russlands und der Chipknappheit waren für den Auftraggeber nicht vorhersehbar. Die AOK Niedersachsen will weitgehend auf E-Mobilität umsteigen will. Aufgrund der Lieferzeiten der bereits bestellten E-Autos und der Ladeinfrastruktur ist diese Verlängerung erforderlich, um die Mobilität der Bediensteten zu sichern.
