         Mehrfamilienhäuser mit 2 Voll- und einem Dachgeschoss sowie ein

         winkelförmiges Verwaltungsgebäude mit 3 Voll- und einem Dachgeschoss,

         jeweils mit Satteldächern, geplant. Im gesamten Planungsgebiet wird unterirdisch

         ein Untergeschoss mit Tiefgarage mit 73 Stellplätzen und Kellerräumen errichtet.

         Die Tiefgarage schließt unterirdisch an das Bestandsgebäude Sonne an.

         Im gesamten Quartier werden 37 Wohneinheiten realisiert. Im

         Verwaltungsgebäude sind Büros, Wohnungen und ein Café mit

         Außenbestuhlung geplant. Die BGF Gesamt ist ca. 11.060 m² und die BRI
