Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die beauftrage Gerüstbaufirma Trappen, ist für die sichere und standfeste Aufstellung des Gerüsts im Rahmen der beauftragten Leistungen verantwortlich. Es wäre hier zwar möglich, die zusätzliche Stützkonstruktion sowie die hierfür notwendige Statik durch ein anderes Unternehmen durchführen zu lassen, die Fa. Trappen könnte aber hierfür nicht in Verantwortung gezogen werden und müsste die durch Ihren Auftrag zu erfüllenden Gerüstteile auf eine nicht von Ihr gestellte noch geprüfte Konstruktion aufbauen. Dies wird aus technischen und Gewährleistungsgründen als nicht möglich angesehen. Kein Unternehmen übernimmt die Verantwortung für die Sicherheit der Personen, wenn wesentliche Teile eines Gerüstes durch andere Auftragnehmer erstellt wurden. Ein Wechsel oder eine Durchführung der Leistungen durch einen anderen Auftragnehmer kann aufgrund von technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
