         1) Mit dem Angebot sind folgende Erklärungen/Nachweise vorzulegen:

         Die Eignung für die zu vergebende Leistung durch die vom öffentlichen Auftraggeber direkt abrufbare Eintragung in die allgemein zugängliche Liste des Vereins für die Präqualifikationvon Bauunternehmen e.V. (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis) oder vorläufig entweder durch eine den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beiliegende "Eigenerklärung zur Eignung" (Formblatt 124) oder eine Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung (EEE).

         2) Auf gesondertes Verlangen sind zur Bestätigung der Eigenerklärung innerhalb der von der Vergabestelle vorgegebenen Frist vorzulegen:
