Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist die Herstellung von Probepfählen und die Durchführung von

statischen Pfahlprobebelastungen für den Neubau der Fehmarnsundquerung. Es sind nach aktueller

Planung sieben Probepfähle inkl. Reaktionspfähle herzustellen. Die Längen der Pfähle werden je nach

Bodenbeschaffenheit vor Ort festgelegt. Es sind Tiefen der Probepfähle inkl. Reaktionspfähle, um die 20 m zu

erwarten.

Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist

fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2

GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der

Im Zuge der Pfahlprobebelastung wird eine Analyse des Bodenguts notwendig, um eine fachgerechte entsorgung sicherzustellen.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durch die Bohrungen, die bei der Probepfahlherstellung geführt wurden, ist Bohrgut entstanden. Dieses Bohrgut muss fachgerecht entsorgt werden. Dafür ist eine Analyse des Bohrguts notwendig.
