Die im Bestand befindlichen Installationen weisen erhebliche Mängel hinsichtlich der hygienischen Versorgung des Trinkwassers und der Entsorgung des Schmutzwassers auf. Die Alt-Anlage ist zu demontieren und neu zu errichten. Hierbei wird die bestehende Trinkwassererwärmung außer Betrieb genommen. Eine Frischwasserstation wird als neue Trinkwassererwärmung in der Turnhalle vorgesehen. Des Weiteren ist eine Versorgung der Fassaden sowie Dachbegrünung eingeplant.
Die Schulküche wird analog zum Bestand in die neu errichteten Installationen integriert.

Es sind die zusätzlichen Leistungen zur Verlegung der neuen Regenwasserverrohrung enthalten. Die Verrohrung musste aufgrund des entfallenen Bestandsschutzes und der defekte an den Bestandsleitungen verändert werden.

Eine Neuausschreibung der Leistung ist aus Gründen der Leistungszuordnung und aus technischen sowie wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht angemessen durchführbar. Die Firma ist mit den Sanitärarbeiten beauftragt, sodass die im Nachtragsangebot angebotene Leistung vollumfänglich zum Leistungsbereich der ursprünglichen Beauftragung gehören und aus Gründen der Gewährleistung nicht separiert werden sollte und vom Hauptauftrag nicht zu trennen ist.
