         Im Innovationszentrum Hamburg werden in einem vom DLR zur Verfügung gestellten Reinraum Quantencomputer mit der Ionenfallen-Technologie in Zusammenarbeit von Industrie und DLR gebaut. Für die Ausstattung des neuen Reinraums wird ein spezifischer Maschinenpark zur Herstellung, Bearbeitung und Integration von Ionenfallenchips und verwandten Quantentechnologien beschafft. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung werden Anlagen für eine klas-sische Mikrostrukturierungsprozesskette für den Reinraum beschafft. Teil der Prozesskette sind die Abscheidung und Strukturierung metallischer, dielektrischer und Halbleiter-Dünnschichten auf Substraten mit einem maximalen Durchmesser von 150 mm. Die Ausschreibung umfasst lediglich die spezifizierten Anlagen, die dafür benötigten Medien und Peripherien werden vom DLR separat bereitgestellt.

         Für die Abscheidung metallischer Dünnschichten wird eine Anlage zum Magnetronsputtern benötigt. Hiermit sol-len verschiedene Multilagen-Systeme auf 150 mm Substraten abgeschieden werden. Um einen Bruch der Vakuumatmosphäre zwischen den einzelnen Prozessschritten zu vermeiden, wird eine Prozesskammer mit mehreren Sputterquellen benötigt.
