         b) keine schwere Verfehlung gemäß GWB, die die Zuverlässigkeit als Bieter in Frage stellt.

         a) Umsatz des Unternehmens in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind,

         c) Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung der Krankenkasse, des Finanzamtes (Bescheinigung in Steuersachen) sowie ggf. vorhandene Freistellungsbescheinigung nach § 48b EStG,

         e) aktueller Nachweis über vorhandene Haftpflichtversicherung sowie deren Höhe.
