Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Inhalt der Nachtragsleistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich gewordenen Leistungen:
Schlosserarbeiten Gebäude 27 + 34 GSK. Fertigung, Lieferung und Montage von Abstellwinkeln in den Technikräumen zum Schutz vor Betreten der Brandschotte Elektro im FB-Bereich, einschl. Vorbereitungsarbeiten und Werkplanung.
Grund: Es fehlt sonst eine Barriere.
Die im Nachtragsangebot beschriebenen Leistungen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung der Leistungen des Hauptauftrages und etwaiger Nachträge noch nicht bekannt.

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers würde zu massiven Störungen im Bauablauf führen. Die Arbeiten müssen zwingend durch den AN ausgeführt werden, um den technischen Zusammenhang zu wahren.
