Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Nachtrag 15: Gebäude Wilhelmsburg, DB E&C/ Bekanntmachung

Die DB E&C wurde u.a. mit Planungsleistungen im Gewerk "Objektplanung Gebäude" im Rahmen der Grundlagenermittlung und

Vorplanung beauftragt. Im Zuge der Leistungserbringung bei der es um den Neubau von einem ESTW-Gebäude und einer NEA in

Wilhelmsburg ging, stellte die DB E&C fest, dass für das Anbau des Gebäudes notwendige Planungsleistungen in der

Tragwerksplanung (statische Berechnung für die Gründung, Fundamente, Bodenplatte und Außenwände des Kriechkellers)

erforderlich sind. Parallel dazu, haben sich im Laufe der Entwurfsplanung die Grundlagen hinsichtlich der Stromversorgung des

ESTW-A in Wilhelmsburg geändert, so dass die Grundlagenermittlung und die Vorplanung in Teilen wiederholt werden müssen.

Zudem werden für das Modulgebäude erhöhte anrechenbare Kosten notwendig, wodurch sich ebenfalls das Honorar der bereits

beauftragten Leistungen erhöht.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die DB E&C ist mit der Umsetzung der Leistungsphasen 3&4 beauftragt, innerhalb welcher sie bereits Teilleistungen imGewerk "Objektplanung Gebäude" erbracht hat. In diesem Zusammenhang hat die DB E&C bereitsAbstimmungen/Besprechungen mit den Fachgewerken LST, VA/KTB TK und 50Hz durchgeführt, die zur Ermittlung des neuentechnischen Bedarfs am Standort beigetragen haben. Da für die bereits beauftragten Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3&4festgestellt wurde, dass Wiederholungsleistungen für die Leistungsphasen 3&4 notwendig sind und sich die anrechenbarenKosten für den Hochbau erhöht haben, ist eine wirtschaftliche Vergabe an Dritte ausgeschlossen.
