Inhalt der Nachtragsleistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich gewordenen Leistungen:

Schaltschranknachrüstung für Spannungsversorgung Kleinkälte + Nachrüstung für Meldungen Dachfenster + zusätzl. Installationsleistungen

Grund: Erhöhung Leistungsumfang.

Die im Nachtragsangebot beschriebenen Leistungen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung der Leistungen des Hauptauftrages und etwaiger Nachträge noch nicht bekannt.

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers würde zu massiven Störungen im Bauablauf führen. Die Arbeiten müssen zwingend durch den AN ausgeführt werden, um den technischen Zusammenhang zu wahren.
