         Vorlage einer ersten Referenz über die Erbringung von Leistungen der Objektplanung "Gebäude und Innenräume" für die Sanierung und / oder den Umbau eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäu-des oder eines Gebäudes im Rahmen eines denkmalgeschützten Ensembles mit anrechenbaren Her-stellkosten (KG 300-400 nach DIN 276-1:2008-12) von mindestens EUR 3.000.000,00 netto. Die In-betriebnahme und Abnahme soll frühestens am 1. Januar 2015 erfolgt sein.

         Vorlage einer zweiten Referenz über die Erbringung von Leistungen der Objektplanung "Gebäude und Innenräume" für den Umbau und/oder Neubau eines Gebäudes mit Kulturnutzung, möglichst mit der Nutzungsart Museums-/Ausstellungsräumen, mit anrechenbaren Herstellkosten (KG 300-400 nach DIN 276-1:2008-12) von mindestens EUR 3.000.000,00 netto. Die Übergabe an den Nutzer soll frühestens am 1. Januar 2017 erfolgt sein.
