         Self-declaration that there are no grounds for exclusion according to Section 123, Section 124 GWB and Section 2 WRegG.

         Company"s net turnover in the last three years (2020, 2021, 2022).

         An average net annual turnover of more than EUR 500.000 EUR in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (High/Medium Voltage frequency converters) in the years 2020, 2021, 2022.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Proof of experience in the supply and installation of High/Medium Voltage Frequency converters, substantiated with at least three reference projects in the last three years prior to this bid (2020, 2021,2022)

         The Manufacturer"s quality assurance system must be approved in terms of ISO 9001: 2008 (or latest version) or equivalent. A copy of the of the ISO 9001 (or equivalent) registration certificate shall be submitted with this bid.

         Proof (min. through self-declaration), that the supplier can guarantee the implementation of service, maintenance as well as repair works through subsidiaries or business partners in Lviv. The names and contacts of said local agency shall be provided in the bidding forms.

         A confirmation by the subsidiaries or business partners in Lviv that they will provide the implementation of service, maintenance as well as repair works has to be given before conclusion of the contract.
