         Beschafft werden soll eine Extruder-Nachfolgestrecke zur Herstellung von Flachfolien.

         Ein Doppelschnecken-Extruder (Micro 27 GL/GG, L/D 40, Herstellungsjahr 2008, Leistritz Extrusionstechnik GmbH, Nürnberg), zum Betrieb der geplanten Foliennachfolgestrecke ist bereits vorhanden und wird bisher für die Herstellung von Granulat oder Rohrprofilen verwendet. Der Extruder soll eine neue Steuerung erhalten, mit der die Drehzahlen der Schnecken und die Temperaturen der Zylinderabschnitte gesteuert werden sollen, ebenso die beiden bereits vorhandenen gravimetrischen Dosierungen der Fa. Brabender. Die Hauptbeschickung ist eine Brabender FlexWall®PlusTyp ISC-FC, DDW-MD5-FW40/5. Als Seitenbeschickung dient ein Brabender Single Screw Feeder DDW-MD3-DSR28N-20-ISC.

         Auch die im Rahmen des Projektes neu zu beschaffende Schmelzepumpe und die Breitschlitzdüse sollen von der neuen Steuerung überwacht und geregelt werden.

         Der Extruder findet in seiner gegenwärtigen Konfiguration vor allem Anwendung in Praktika zur Kunststofftechnik und bei der Herstellung experimenteller Compounds für Industrie- und Forschungsprojekte.

         Die jetzt zu beschaffende Flachfoliennachfolgestrecke stellt eine erhebliche Erweiterung des bestehenden Extruders dar. Apparativ ist dazu erforderlich:

         1) Zahnradschmelzepumpe für Thermoplaste

         2) Einstellbare beheizbare Breitschlitzdüse 400 mm Breite mit manuell verstellbarem Spalt (0,2 mm – 2 mm) und Kleiderbügelverteiler

         3) Flachfoliennachfolgestrecke (3 Walzen Chill-Roll),

         4) Neue Steuerung für den Extruder (Micro 27 GL/GG, L/D40, Herstellungsjahr 2008, Leistritz Extrusionstechnik GmbH Nürnberg)
