Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Grundlage des Preises für die im Vertrag vorgesehene Leistung wurde geändert, sodass dem AN eine Vergütung gemäß gemäß §2 Abs. 6 VOB/B zusteht. Hintergrund ist wie folgt: Eine zusätzliche Baureinigung ist notwendig, um das Gebäude von grober Verunreinigung, die aufgrund der Bauarbeiten entstehen, zu reinigen. Damit soll die Baustelle vor übermäßiger Verunreinigung geschützt werden.
