Inhalt der Nachtragsleistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich gewordenen Leistungen:
Abdichten von nachträglich geschlossenen Aussparungen in der Rohbetondecke gegen den Austritt des radioaktiven Edelgases Radon.
Grund: Verarbeitungsvorschrift. Nachträgliche Feststellung Bestandskonstruktion zu ändern. Feststellung von Schwachpunkten Messung Radonbelastung. Anpassung Ausgleichsschicht.

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers würde zu massiven Störungen im Bauablauf führen. Die Arbeiten müssen zwingend durch den AN ausgeführt werden, um den technischen Zusammenhang zu wahren.
