Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Inhalt der Nachtragsleistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich gewordenen Leistungen:
Massenmehrung aufgrund Massenüberschreitungen zum Haupt-LV – notwendige Leistungen Schutz von Bauteilen.
+ zusätzliche Leistungen aufgrund von Anforderungen seitens Statiker, Überwachungsbericht.
Grund: Dringende Notwendigkeit, um die 5 Fassadenfelder der Westfassade fachgerecht – als Vorleistung der Dämmputzarbeiten – herzustellen, den Stahl und die Betonfläche ordnungsgemäß Instand zu setzen.

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers würde zu massiven Störungen im Bauablauf führen. Die Arbeiten müssen zwingend durch den AN ausgeführt werden, um den technischen Zusammenhang zu wahren.
