         Das Feuerwehrhaus wird in 3 Bauabschnitte aufgeteilt:

         Bauabschnitt 1: Fahrzeughalle + Werkstatt (Grundfläche: ca. 58,00 m x 18,00 m)

         Bauabschnitt 2: Feuerwehrturm

         Bauabschnitt 3: Sozialtrakt (Grundfläche: ca. 57,00 m x 24 m)

         Die Dachkonstruktion der Fahrzeughalle (Satteldach), sowie der Werkstatt (Pultdach) besteht aus BSH-Bindern

         und Brettsperrholzplatten. Der Sozialtrakt erhält eine Stahlbetondecke mit darüber liegenden Flachdachaufbau.

         Auf dem Sozialtrakt wird eine Einliegerwohnung mit zusätzlich drei Lagerräumen in Holzrahmenbauweise geplant.

         (Grundfläche: ca. 14,50 m x 25,5 m) Alle Dächer erhalten eine extensive Dachbegrünung
