Mehraufwand aufgrund der EÜ BAB A73 Ost (VP 19.2202), EÜ BAB A73 West (VP 19.2204) und der SÜ FO17 Piastenbrücke

(VP 19.2206). Siehe detailliertere Ausführung in der Entscheidung dem Grunde nach. Ein Wechsel des AN würde zu

Zusatzkosten führen, da dieser sich in die Thematik einarbeiten müsste und eine weitere Schnittstelle entsteht, welche zu

weiterem Mehraufwand führt. Der gebundene AN kennt die Örtlichkeiten, die Thematik sowie die beteiligten Personen, woraus

sich Synergieeffekte ergeben.
