         Die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit ist durch eine zum Einreichungstermin aktuellen Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit Angabe der Deckungssumme nachzuweisen.

         Eignungskriterium für die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit ist zudem der Umsatz des Unternehmens in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren, soweit er Verwertungsdienstleistungen und andere Leistungen betrifft, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung (Verwertung diverser Abfälle) vergleichbar sind, unter Einschluss des Anteils bei gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmen ausgeführten Aufträgen. Zur Nachweisführung genügt eine Eigenerklärung zu den entsprechenden Umsätzen in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, bei begründeten Zweifeln an der Richtigkeit der Eigenerklärung von den in die engere Wahl genommenen Bietern im Wege der Aufklärung die Vorlage geprüfter Jahresabschlüsse oder vergleichbarer Nachweise (z. B. Steuerberaterbescheinigung) zu verlangen.

         Des Weiteren ist die die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit nachzuweisen durch die Einreichung der Einheitlichen Europäischen Eigenerklärung (EEE) sowie durch Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigungen des Finanzamtes, der Berufsgenossenschaft und mindestens einer Krankenkasse, welche zum Tag der Submission nicht älter als 6 Monate sind.

      3. Technical and professional ability:

         Ihr Betrieb muss über die fachliche Eignung verfügen (Nachweis durch Efb-Zertifikat) und seinen Firmensitz in Gladbeck haben bzw. müssen Sie über eine Umlademöglichkeit auf Gladbecker Stadtgebiet verfügen.

         Ihre fachliche Eignung zur Übernahme der Leistung belegen Sie uns bitte mit Angebotsabgabe durch Ihr Entsorgungsfachbetrieb-Zertifikat gemäß §§ 56 und 57 des Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetzes oder durch einen vergleichbaren aussagekräftigen Eignungsnachweis. Zusätzlich zum eigenen Eignungsnachweis und den ausgefüllten Ausschreibungs-Formularen sind bei Unterbeauftragung an einen Dritten dessen Eignungsnachweis (Efb-Zertifikat) sowie die durch den Dritten ausgefüllten Formulare mit Angebotsabgabe einzureichen. Unvollständige Unterlagen nach Angebotsöffnung können zum Ausschluss führen.
