Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Rahmen der Fortschreibung der Ausführungsplanung (Änderung/Ergänzung der Ausführungsplanung durch Hochbauplanung) werden zusätzliche Leistungen im Rohbau Mauerwerk sowie erforderliche Lastabtragungsmaßnahmen während der Bauphase erforderlich. Die zusätzlichen Leistungen lassen sich aus gewährleistungstechnischen Gründen nicht von der Hauptleistung trennen.
