         Die Polizei des Landes NRW hat im Szenario der Unterbrechung der Kraftstoffversorgung bedingt durch eine mögliche Energieknappheit handlungsfähig zu bleiben. Aus diesem Grunde trifft die KPB Aachen mithilfe der Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Kraftstofflieferung zum Zeichen ZA 14-22.05.01-10/2023 Vorsorge für den Fall eines Stromausfalls.

         Um die Handlungsfähigkeit der KPB Aachen zu gewährleisten, kann es erforderlich sein, kurzzeitig aber auch über längere Zeiträume, Netzersatzanlagen des Auftraggebers fortlaufend mit Kraftstoffen zu versorgen.

         Die KPB Aachen beabsichtigt aus diesem Grunde, die ununterbrochene Versorgung ihrer Netzersatzanlagen für den Fall eines flächendeckenden Stromausfalls und anderer Krisensituationen, die zu einer Unterbrechung der zivilen Kraftstoffversorgung führen können, abzusichern.

         Der Auftragnehmer hat dabei sicherzustellen und nachzuweisen, dass er im Falle eines Ausfalls der öffentlichen Stromversorgung in der Lage ist die Belieferung des Auftraggebers durchzuführen.
