        The EPO is looking for a service provider who covers both technical and infrastructural facility management services (except canteen and catering).

        Due to the high-quality technical equipment of the new Vienna location in construction, the demands on the TFM are very high. The service provider must have comprehensive know-how of modern BMS systems, security technology, energy monitoring, energy management or consumption optimization and warranty management. The service provider should also provide the necessary data for certifications such as EMAS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001.

        In the IFM area, the service provider must also provide comprehensive services:

        • Security

        • Reception

        • Post office or courier services

        • Front office: Helpdesk as well as various reporting and coordination activities

        • Cleaning: interiors and exterior facade

        • Winter service

        • Tenant management

        • Plant care and indoor greenery
