Das Rathaus der Stadt Arnsberg, Rathausplatz 1, 59759 Arnsberg, soll energetisch saniert werden. Das Gebäude wurde komplett freigezogen. Es besteht aus einem Hochtrakt mit Büroräumen und einem Flachtrakt mit Sitzungssälen, Kantine und Büros. Als erster Schritt wird das Gebäude entkernt, so dass nur die tragende Stahlbetonkonstruktion verbleibt, die anschließend wieder ausgebaut wird. Der Flachtrakt wird in Gänze abgerissen und anschließend neu gebaut.

Im Flachtrakt werden insgesamt 3 Aufzüge verbaut: 1 Personenaufzug, 1 Lastenaufzug und 1 Bistroaufzug.

Im Hochtrakt wird der Evakuierungsaufzug und 1 Personenaufzug verbaut

Anpassungsarbeiten an den Aufzügen 4 und 5 im Hochtrakt vor. Die Änderungen beziehen sich auf dreiblättrige Türen und Sichtfenster und sind aufgrund von Brandschutzauflagen notwendig.

Die Änderungen beziehen sich auf dreiblättrige Türen und Sichtfenster. Die Leistungen sind nicht Bestandteil des Hauptauftrages. Die Erfordernis zur angebotenen Leistung der 3- blättrigen Türen waren aufgrund des Bestandes der Schachtwände nicht vorhersehbar. Die erforderlichen Sichtfenster in den Türen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung noch nicht bekannt waren, sind Auflagen aus dem Brandschutz.
