         Der Markt Wendelstein plant im Rahmen des KommWFP auf dem gemeindeeigenen Grundstück am Ortseingang von Kleinschwarzenlohe nördlich der Rangaustraße den Neubau von 3 Wohnhäuser mit 21 geförderten Mietwohnungen, barrierefrei, E+1+Satteldach, in Holzbauweise mit massivem Treppenhauskern, ohne Unterkellerung. Die Freibereiche der Wohnungen und die Hauseingänge liegen im Giebel.
