Bei dem Bauvorhaben Grabbeallee 56-60 in Berlin-Pankow handelt es sich um einen Wohnungsneubau, bestehend aus einem 5-geschossigen Gebäude mit 26 Wohneinheiten. Der Neubau ist unterkellert, die Erdgeschosswohnungen sind als Hochparterre ausgebildet. Der Neubau ist in 2 von der Grabbeallee erschlossene Bauteile gegliedert.

Der Neubau wird in die Gebäudeklasse 5 eingestuft. Das Grundstück ist derzeit fast vollständig für die Nutzung als Parkplatz versiegelt.

Neukirchstraße 1-4:

Bei dem Bauvorhaben Neukirchstraße 1-4 in Berlin-Weißensee handelt es sich um einen Neubau, bestehend aus einem 5-geschossigen Kopfgebäude mit 42 Wohneinheiten sowie 3 Punkthäusern mit jeweils 5 Wohneinheiten. Das Kopfgebäude ist unterkellert und als Hochparterre ausgebildet. Das Grundstück verläuft entlang der Neukirchstraße sowie der Prenzlauer Promenade und wird von der Neukirchstraße aus erschlossen. Das Kopfgebäude wird laut Brandschutzberater in die Gebäudeklasse 4 eingestuft und die Punkthäuser in die Gebäudeklasse 3.
