         Die Errichtung einer Bildungsakademie für Bahnberufe, im Auftrag des Landkreises Havelland, soll die Möglichkeiten schaffen, die am BTC Havelland vorhandene Infrastruktur, im Sinne einer praxis-orientierten Aus- und Fortbildung, optimal zu nutzen. Ziel ist es, die Fachkräftesicherung für Berufe des Clusters Verkehr, Mobilität und Logistik mit dem Schwerpunkt Bahn zu befördern.

         Ausgeschrieben werden die Generalplanung inklusive der Fachplanungsleistungen (Grundleistungen) der HOAI-Leistungsbilder in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 in der aktuell gültigen Fassung und besondere Leistungen die für einen funktionstauglichen, zweckentsprechenden und mangelfreien Neubau eines Bildungsgebäudes und der Gestaltung einer Außenanlage erforderlich sind.
