         Das TLUBN schreibt für den Standort der Behördenzentrale, Göschwitzer Str. 41 in 07745 Jena die Empfangs- und Pförtnerdienstleistung (Sicherheitsdienstleistungen) aus.

         Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine landeseigene Liegenschaft, die vom AG selbst genutzt wird. Die Behördenzentrale ist ein 7-geschossiges Büro- und Laborgebäude. Der Laborbereich befindet sich im EG, 1. OG und zum Teil im 2.OG. Die Büros befinden sich im 2.OG, 3.OG, 4.OG, 5.OG, 6.OG und 7.OG. Im Objekt in der Göschwitzer Str. 41 sind ca. 250 Beschäftigte untergebracht. Es ist mit durchschnittlich 150 Besuchern/Monat zu rechnen.

         Der Empfang des Nutzers ist ganzjährig von Montag bis Freitag (außer an gesetzlichen Feiertagen und nicht am 24.12 und 31.12.) zu besetzen.

         Dabei ist die Besetzung der Pforte erforderlich von:

         Montag - Donnerstag 05:45 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr

         Freitag 05:45 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr

         Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.01.2024 und wird zunächst bis zum 31.12.2024 geschlossen.

         Das Vertragsverhältnis verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr, wenn der AG nicht innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit bis spätestens zum 30.09. des jeweiligen Vertragsjahres die Kündigung des Vertrages gegenüber dem Auftragnehmer (im nachfolgenden AN genannt) erklärt. Die Kündigungserklärung bedarf keiner Begründung. Das Vertragsverhältnis endet automatisch am 31.12.2027.
