         Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind die in den Vergabeunterlagen beschriebenen Leistungen der Personenbeförderung im freigestellten Schülerverkehr im Auftrag des Landkreises Darmstadt-Dieburg ausschließlich mit PkW (max. 9 Insassen mit Fahrer, Neufahrzeuge, teilweise umgebaut für Rollstuhltransport) die den Auftragnehmern mietweise zur Verfügung gestellt werden und für die Leistungserbringung zu verwenden sind. Die in insgesamt 6 unabhängige Mengenlose aufgeteilten Beförderungsleistungen werden für zwei Schulen mit sonderpädagogischer Ausrichtung erbracht. Die Beschreibung gilt auch für die Lose 2-6.

         Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, diesen Vertrag einmalig durch einseitige Erklärung gegenüber dem Auftragnehmer um die Dauer eines (1) oder zweier (2) weiterer Vertragsjahre zu verlängern. Die Ausübung der Verlängerungsoption hat unter Wahrung der Schrift-form bis zum 16.03.2029 zu erfolgen Während der Vertragslaufzeit hat der Auftraggeber das Recht, Zu-, Ab- und Umbestellungen vorzunehmen. Zudem kann der Auftraggeber verlangen, dass die nach der Leistungsbeschreibung einzusetzenden Fahrzeuge soweit technisch machbar mit weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmalen aus- bzw. nachgerüstet werden. Näheres zum Vorgenannten regeln die Vergabeunterlagen. Der Auftraggeber kann verlangen, dass der Auftragnehmer im Rahmen seiner Leistungserbringung eine beigestellte IT Lösung mit der Maßgabe, eine Vereinfachung und Beschleunigung der vertragsgegenständlichen Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsprozesse zu ermöglichen nutzt und innerhalb einer angemessen vom Auftraggeber nach pflichtgemäßen Ermessen zu bestimmenden Umsetzungsfrist unter Nutzung der von Auftraggeber mitgeteilten Schulungs- und Dokumentationsressourcen in seine betrieblichen Abläufe integriert. Näheres regeln die Vergabeunterlagen. Die Beschreibung gilt auch für die Lose 2-6.
