Zum Quartier der Seniorenwohnanlage gehören 3 Gebäude auf 2 Grundstücken mit insgesamt 66 Wohnungen:

— Tautenburger Str. 32 und 34 in 12249 Berlin, auf Flurstück 184/222,

— Tautenburger Str. 37/39 in 12249 Berlin, auf Flurstück 184/242.

Die Gebäude sind Senioren-Wohnhäuser im Besitz der WBM-Gruppe. Die Objekte haben für alle

Wohneinheiten eine Zweckbindung für Seniorenwohnen „55+“, die fortlaufend bestehen bleibt. Die Gebäude wurden in den 1950-er und 1970-er Jahren errichtet und sind in einem baualtersgemäßen Zustand. Es besteht Sanierungsbedarf an diversen Bauteilen der Bestandsgebäude. Zudem entsprechen die Gebäude und Wohnungen zum Großteil nicht den aktuellen Ausstattungs- und Größenstandards für die vorgegebene Nutzung. Es sind keine Aufzüge vorhanden. Weiteres siehe Auftragsbekanntmachung.

Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften sind gegenüber der Vergabestelle innerhalb von einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen nach erkennen, bei Verstößen, die sich aus der Bekanntmachung oder den Vergabeunterlagenergeben, bis spätestens zum Ablauf der Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe, zu rügen (§ 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1, 2 und 3 GWB). Teilt der Auftraggeber mit, dass der Rüge nicht abgeholfen wird, kann innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen ein Nachprüfungsantrag bei der o. g.
