         TenneT ist einer der führenden Übertragungsnetzbetreiber (ÜNB) für elektrische Energie in Europa mit Geschäftstätigkeiten in den Niederlanden und in Deutschland. Die Aufgabe von TenneT ist es, rund 42 Millionen Endverbraucher in den relevanten Märkten zuverlässig und rund um die Uhr mit Strom aus dem Hoch- und Höchstspannungsnetz zu versorgen. 

         Zur Realisierung dieser stabilen Stromversorgung wurde der Bedarf zur Erweiterung der Data- Center- Infrastruktur ermittelt, indem der heutige Bestand um ein neues Data-Center-Gebäude erweitert werden muss.  

         Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist es daher, alle notwendigen Generalplanerleistungen für das neue Data Center in Niedersachsen an einen Marktteilnehmer zu vergeben. Die Planungsleistungen umfassen beinhalten angelehnt an die HOAI rund 70% des gesamten Leistungsbildes der Leistungsphasen 1 - 9.
