         Für den Rettungdienst des Landkreises Wesermarsch wird der Ausbau von drei Rettungstransportwagen Typ C gemäß DIN EN 1789 benötigt. Die drei Basisfahrzeuge werden gestellt. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass die Fahrzeuge konform und für den Zweck der DIN 75079 gefertigt werden. Die Einhaltung aller entsprechenden weiteren Normen, die VDE, StVZO, sowie die

         Aufbaurichtlinien des Fahrgestellherstellers an fahrbare Betriebsstätten in der jeweils gültigen Fassung ist zu gewährleisten

         Eine dem Stand der Technik entsprechende Fertigung des Fahrzeugs sowie der eingesetzten Zulieferteile ist sicherzustellen.

         Um eine Transparenz bzw. Vergleichbarkeit der Angebote zu haben, ist eine Einhaltung der Angebotsstruktur mit den Einzelpreisen wichtig. Ist die Erfüllung der Normforderungen nicht möglich oder treten Widersprüche zwischen Regeln der Technik und den Forderungen dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses auf, wird der Anbieter den Auftraggeber darauf hinweisen. Der Gerichtsstand des Unternehmens muss in Deutschland sein. Es ist eine Referenzliste von deutschen Kunden über eine Abnahme von

         Ambulanzfahrzeugen vorzulegen. Servicestützpunkte in Deutschland sind zu benennen.
