   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         •Eigenerklärung gemäß § 31 UvgO, §§ 123,124 (1) GWB i. V. m. § 48 VgV darüber, dass kein Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen oder ein vergleichbares gesetzliches Verfahren eröffnet oder die Eröffnung beantragt oder dieser Antrag mangels Masse abgelehnt worden ist (Vordruck siehe Vergabeunterlagen) und •Bewerbererklärung nach Abschnitt 2 (Vordruck siehe Vergabeunterlagen) oder der Bieter erfüllt die o.g. Eignungsnachweise durch die Eintragung in eine Liste oder durch Vorlage eines Zertifikates einer durch das Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Arbeit des LSA anerkannten Präqualifizierungsstelle wie das ULV der ABSt Sachsen-Anhalt bzw. IHK PQ VOL. Anstelle des Eintrags in eine ULV-Liste kann der Eignungsnachweis auch durch Vorlage eines von der anerkannten Präqualifizierungsstelle ausgefertigten Zertifikats, z. B. PQ VOL, geführt werden. In dem Zertifikat müssen die Eignungskriterien der Vergabebestimmungen angegeben worden sein, die bei der Präqualifizierung geprüft worden sind. #Weiter akzeptiert der Auftraggeber eine Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung nach § 50 VgV. Darüber hinaus sind folgende Erklärungen/Vereinbarungen vorzulegen: - Vereinbarung zu §§ 17,18 TVergG LSA (Vordruck siehe Vergabeunterlagen) - Erklärung zu §§ 11,13,14 TVergG LSA (Vordruck siehe Vergabeunterlagen) - Eigenerklärung zur Umsetzung von Artikel 5k Absatz 3 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/576 des Rates vom 8. April 2022 - Sanktionen (Vordruck siehe Vergabeunterlagen) -ausgefülltes LV zum jeweiligen Los -ausgefüllter Fragebogen zu den Losen 1, 2,3 und 5 -Aus dem Angebot müssen Bauweise, technische Daten, Kraftstoffverbrauch nach DIN 70 030, Funktion und Beschaffenheit des Fahrzeuges eindeutig hervorgehen und benannt werden (Prospekte sind ggf. zu ergänzen)
