VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Im Zuge der Sanierungsarbeiten stellte sich heraus, dass der technische Stand der vorhanden Haustechnik teils so bedenklich ist, dass ein Austausch versch. Haustechnik-Komponenten dringend angeraten ist. Dies ist in einer Sanierung im Bestand (versteckte leitungen) nicht vorhersehbar. Im jetzigen Nachtrag müssen Heizkörper ausgetauscht werden, Kastenrinnen ersetzt werden sowie eine Hebeanlage ausgetauscht.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund von wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen wurde

die Firma Diehl aufgefordert für die oben genannten

Leistungen ein Angebot zu erstellen.

Die fortgeschrittene Bauausführung duldet keine weiteren

terminlichen Verzögerungen. Der reibungslose Bauablauf muss

unbedingt an dieser Stelle sichergestellt werden, um keine

zusätzlichen Kosten entstehen zu lassen.

Aus Gewährleistungsgründen muss die Gesamtleistung von

einem Unternehmen ausgeführt werden.
