Die o. g. Leistung ist für das Erreichen des Projektziels unerlässlich und konnte trotz Sorgfalt durch den AG nicht vorhergesehen werden. Um den Baufortschritt heranzutreiben, wird ein 2. Turmdrehkran benötigt. AUf Grund fehelender Freigaben in der Planung ist es notwendig den Bauablauf zu Optimieren, um die Projektziele nicht zu gefährden.
