Für den Ersatzneubau des Großen Wehres Sachsenhausen (Großer Wehrarm Sachsenhausen, km 0,972) und die Errichtung einer Fischaufstiegsanlage zur Herstellung der ökologischen Durchgängigkeit an diesem Standort, sind folgende Planungsleistungen aus den Leistungsbildern Ingenieurbauwerke, Tragwerksplanung

und technische Ausrüstung zu erbringen:

— Entwurfsplanung;

— Genehmigungsplanung einschließlich der Begleitung des erforderlichen Planfeststellungsverfahrens und der

Erstellung eines Entwurfes-AU;

— Erarbeiten der für die Vergabe erforderlichen Unterlagen, Vorbereitung der Vergabe.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers kann aus Kontinuitätsgründen nicht erfolgen. Durch den AN wurde bereits das ursprüngliche Baugrundgutachten erstellt, und die ergänzenden Untersuchungen schließen direkt an das ursprüngliche Gutachten an. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers würde zusätzlichen Aufwand und haftungsrechtliche Abgrenzungsprobleme mit sich bringen.
