Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Gemäß Vertrag ist der AN des VP 13 mit dem Umbau (Rückbau/Neubau) der Eisenbahnüberführung Großbeerenstraße beauftragt. Der Umbau erfolgt abschnittsweise S-Bahn/F-Bahn, um den Rückbau/Neubau durchzuführen. Im Zuge des Baugrubenaushubes wurden zwischen den auszubauenden Bestandsträgern in den Achsen 10, 20 und 30 Holzbohlen vorgefunden. Diese sind auszubauen und zu entsorgen. Eine Veränderung des Gesamtcharakters des Vertrages ist nicht gegeben.
