Inhalt der Ausschreibung ist der Neubau eines Personentunnels im Bf Ribnitz Damgarten West unter 2 Gleisen als Verbindung zwischen Haus- und Mittelbahnsteig einschließlich Treppen- und Rampenanlagen mit Einhausungen und einem Aufzug (hier nur Betonbau). Des Weiteren werden der Haus- und der Mittelbahnsteig in neuer Lage in modularer Bauweise in einer Längen von je 355 m errichtet einschließlich Kabeltiefbau, Entwässerung, Beleuchtung, Beschallung, Ausstattung und Wegeleitsystemen. Die notwendigen Zusammenhangsmaßnahmen an der Oberleitung, an den LST, TK- und 50 Hz Anlagen sind zu berücksichtigen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die durch den Aufzugshersteller beigestellten Edelstahlankerschienen sind durch den AN im Rahmen der Betonierarbeiten Aufzugsschacht einzubauen. Das Hinzuziehen eines anderen Unternehmens für die Leistungen der Betonierarbeiten Personenunterführung und Aufzugsschacht ist durch ein anderes Unternehmen nicht möglich da da dies im direkten Baufeld / BE-Fläche AN umzusetzen war und aus gewährleistungstechnischen Gründen nur ein Unternehmen daran arbeiten darf. Die zeitliche Verzögerung durch das Hinzuziehen eines anderen AN führt zur Verzögerung der Arbeiten an der Personenunterführung und somit zur Gefährdung des Gesamtbauablaufplanes innerhalb der festgesetzten Sperrpausen.
