         Die Leistung beinhaltet die Durchführung von zwei mobilen Sammlungen pro Jahr mit einem geeigneten „Schadstoffmobil“ und die Annahme der gefährlichen Abfälle durch fachkundiges Personal an den in der Anlage aufgeführten Stellplätzen zu den vorgesehenen Standzeiten. Die gefährlichen Abfälle sind in die vom Auftragnehmer vorgehaltenen Verpackungen zu sor-tieren und den entsprechenden Anlagen zur Verwertung/Beseitigung zu übergeben.

         Das „Schadstoffmobil“ soll weiterhin alle 2 Monate jeweils an einem Samstag für 4 Stunden Standzeiten an folgenden Wertstoffhöfen absichern:

         07407 Rudolstadt, Kirchhasel, Altsaale 10

         07318 Saalfeld OT Schmiedefeld, ehem. Deponie

         Die Wertstoffhöfe befinden sich derzeit in der Ausschreibungsphase. Der Auftragnehmer wird vor Auftragsbeginn über die Öffnungszeiten informiert.

         Gemäß § 18 (2) Abfallwirtschaftssatzung des ZASO sind die gefährlichen Abfälle vom Besit-zer persönlich dem Annahmepersonal zu übergeben. Je Sammlung dürfen von einem Abfall-besitzer höchstens 100 kg gefährliche Abfälle angeliefert werden. Die Abfälle sind in Einzel-behältnissen anzuliefern. Das Gesamtgewicht eines einzelnen Behältnisses darf 25 kg und das Gesamtvolumen 25 l nicht übersteigen. Die Abfälle sind unvermischt anzuliefern.

         Können im Einzelfall angelieferte Emballagen wegen ihrer Größe am „Schadstoffmobil“ nicht angenommen werden, so ist der Abfallerzeuger an die stationäre Annahmestelle des ZASO auf dem Abfallbehandlungszentrum (ABZ) Wiewärthe in Pößneck zu verweisen.

         Baurestabfälle wie z. B. Reibeputz, Behältnisse mit völlig eingetrockneten Farbresten und restentleerte Farbbehältern sind bei der Sammlung nicht zu erfassen. Diese sind vom Abfall-besitzer selbst zu entsorgen. Der Abfallbesitzer ist vom Annahmepersonal darauf hinzuwei-sen, wie die umweltgerechte Entsorgung zu erfolgen hat. Der ZASO stellt dazu ein entspre-chendes Informationsblatt zur Verfügung.

         Über Probleme, die bei der Annahme am Schadstoffmobil während der Sammlung auftreten (Nichterreichen von Standplätzen, Abweisung von Anlieferern u. ä.), ist der ZASO unverzüglich zu informieren.

         Der Auftragnehmer führt alle notwendigen Belege.
