Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Um die Widerlager der EÜ vor den schädigenden Einflüssen von Wasser sowie chemischen Substanz wie Chloride, Sulfate etc. dauerhaft zu schützen, ist die Abdichtung der vertikalen Widerlager Gemäß Ril. 804.6101 erforderlich.. In dieser zusätzlichen Arbeit war die Firma Eiffage vor Ort von Anfang an involviert, so dass die Neubeauftragung eine andere Baufirma unverhätnismäßig gewesen wäre.
