         Die Gemeinde Baiern plant den Neubau eines Gebäudes für Wertstoffhof, Bauhof und Feuerwehr im Gemeindegebiet. Zu diesem Zwecke wurde ein Objektplaner mit den Leistungsphasen 1-4 gemäß § 34 HOAI beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen sind abgeschlossen und die Eingabeplanung ist fertig gestellt. Inhalt des Vergabeverfahrens sind folgende Leistungen:

         - Tragwerksplanung - LPH 1-6

         - Planung Heizung, Lüftung Sanitär - LPH 1-9

         - Planung technische Ausrüstung (ELT) - LPH 1-9
