         Das Bauvorhaben soll in Modulbauweise erstellt werden.

         Zur Erfüllung der Maßnahme sind Vorleistungen notwendig, wie Abbrucharbeiten Pavillon P3

         (komplett) , Rückbauarbeiten Stahlbrückenkonstruktion, Dachabdichtungsarbeiten,

         Rohbauarbeiten, Stahlbauarbeiten für den Trägerrost als UK der Module, sowie Fassaden und

         Ausbauarbeiten im Bereich der Schnittstellen zum Bestand.
