         For the heavy-ion superconducting synchrotron SIS100, the main accelerator of the future particle accelerator complex FAIR, currently under construction at Darmstadt, Germany, a multitude of various ultra-high vacuum chambers and components are being designed and have to be procured. Due to the hexagonal structure of the SIS100, a total of six resonance sextupole magnets are foreseen in each sector which are an essential and integral part of the slow extraction system. Six corresponding ultra-high vacuum chambers are to be placed within these respective six magnets, including welded corrugated bellows and a customized chamber support system to the magnet as well as customized bake-out jackets (with relatively thin insulating layer).
