Der AN ist gemäß Ausrüstungsvertrag der DB Netz AG Modulvertrag MV 4 LST mit der Realisierung und Umrüstung der

vorhandenen Relaisstellwerkstechnik SpDr L60 in ESTW L90 beauftragt. Aus wirtschaftlichen und vertraglichen Gründen ist es

nicht möglich einen anderen Anbieter zu nehmen.

Aus technischen Gründen ist es nicht möglich einen anderen Anbieter zu beauftragen, weil der AN die Ausführungsplanung

erstellt hat und Hersteller/Lieferant der Systeme ist.

Der AN ist Systemverantwortlicher für das funktionierende Zusammenwirken aller Leistungen des Auftrags und verantwortlich für

die Gesamtfunktion der vereinbarten Schnittstellen und ihrer Systemintegration.
