         Lieferung, Einbau und Inbetriebnahme eines Computertomografen:

         Der Schwerpunkt der CT-Untersuchungen spiegelt die Bedeutung der Kopffächer, Traumatologie und Geriatrie/Psychiatrie wieder, die 58% der Untersuchungen ausmachen. Eine weitere herausragende Bedeutung hat die Chirurgie / Gefäßchirurgie / Innere Medizin mit 31% der Untersuchungen einschließlich von Gefäßregionen der Becken-Bein Arterien.

         Die Zahl der Kardio-CT Untersuchungen ist noch gering. Perspektivisch wird hier eine Steigerung in den nächsten 10 Jahren auf 350-500 Untersuchungen/Jahr erwartet.

         Eine Sonderolle nimmt die Kinderklinik ein, hier muss ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Dosisersparnis und entsprechende Kinderprotokolle für neuropädiatrische, traumatologische und onkologische Fragestellungen gerichtet sein.

         Daher sind bei der Angebotserstellung folgende Kriterien besonders berücksichtigen:

         • Moderne Neuroapplikationen, idealerweise CT-Perfuson und Angiographie mit möglichst geringer/ohne Tichverschiebung, möglichst große Detektorabdeckung, mindestens 128 Schichten

         • Kardio-CT Fähigkeit, Step and Shoot, EKG-Triggerung und Gating

         • Angio-CT Fähigkeit mit Option zur Untersuchungen des Stammskeletts und der Extremitäten

         • State-of-the-art-Onkoapplikationen mit Dual Energy/MultiLayertechniken mit Fähigkeiten zu Iod-Imaging und weiteren Gewebscharakterrisierungtechniken

         • Automatisierte Postprocessingalgorithmen

         • Neuropädiatrische Untersuchungsprotokolle mit maximaler Dosisreduktion

         • Interventionsfähigkeit/CT-Flouroskopie

         • Möglichst hohe Tischbelastung in KG

         Daraus ergibt sich eine Minimalanforderung von 128 Schichten und Detektorabdeckung von mindestens 38 mm mit zeitgemäßen Neuro-, Kardio- und Onkoapplikationen und unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Pädiatrie und Neuropädiatrie.
