         Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit § 45 VgV:

         - Eigenerklärung zum Umsatz: Gesamtumsatz der letzten 3 Geschäftsjahre sowie zusätzlich den Umsatz der letzten 3 Geschäftsjahre in dem Tätigkeitsbereich des konkreten Auftrags, der Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist;

         - Eigenerklärung zur Betriebs-/Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit den Deckungssummen von 5,0 Mio. EUR für Sach- und Personenschäden, sowie eine Deckungssumme von 100.000 EUR für Vermögensschäden je Versicherungsjahr und je Schadensfall bei doppelter Maximierung.

         Für den Fall, dass der Bieter/Bewerber nicht über eine Betriebs-/Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit den geforderten Mindestdeckungssummen verfügt, verpflichtet er sich, im Auftragsfall eine Betriebs-/

         Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit den zuvor geforderten Deckungssummen für Personen- und

         Sachschäden sowie für Vermögensschäden je Versicherungsjahr und je Schadensfall bei jeweils

         doppelter Maximierung abzuschließen bzw. die Deckungssummen der bestehenden Versicherung

         entsprechend zu erhöhen.
