         Der Auftragnehmer hat die Grünabfälle aus privaten Haushalten gemäß den Vorgaben dieser Leistungsbeschreibung anzunehmen. Er hat die getrennte kontrollierte Annahme von biologisch abbaubaren Abfällen AVV 20 02 01 biologisch abbaubare Abfäl-le/Grünabfälle aus privaten Haushaltungen aus dem gesamten Zweckverbandsgebiet gemäß den Vorgaben dieser Leistungsbeschreibung vorzunehmen. Die angenommenen Grünabfälle sind einer ordnungsgemäßen Verwertung zuzuführen und dem ZASO nach-zuweisen.

         Die Eigenerklärungen gemäß Formular 1 und 2 zum Nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen. Mit Ausfüllen der Formulare gibt das Unternehmen an, ob auf seinen Fall die in §§ 123 oder 124 GWB genannte Ausschlussgründe zutreffen.
