         Zur Analyse von Proteingemischen aus Bioaerosolen und Exhalatpartikeln unterschiedlicher Komplexität benötigt die Fachgruppe „Bioaerosole“ der BAuA am Standort Berlin ein hochauflösendes Massenspektrometer mit Kollisionszelle mit Fokus auf dem Sensitivitätsbereich von Single Cell-Proteomanalysen. Das MS soll mit Flüssigchromatographie im Nanoliterbereich gekoppelt, über einen PC mit notwendiger Software gesteuert werden und das Komplettsystem die notwendigen Peripheriegeräte miteinschließen.

         Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung, den Aufbau, die Installation und die Inbetriebnahme des oben aufgeführten und in der Leistungsbeschreibung weiter definierten Komplettsystems in deutscher Sprache mit Einweisung der Mitarbeiter*innen des Auftraggebers in die benötigten Software.

         Zudem: mehrtägige Anwenderschulung vor Ort nach Inbetriebnahme in deutscher Sprache, kostenloser deutschsprachiger Support (applikativ & technisch) mit der Möglichkeit der Ferdiagnose nach Absprache mit der internen IT-Abteilung des Auftraggebers.

         Außerdem eine 3-jährige Service-Wartung gemäß Leitungsbeschreibung mit der Option der Verlängerung.
